Kira Kira: A Japanese phrase meaning, “shiny, sparkling, or glittering”

I created the brand Kira Kira Nails in 2020, wanting to teach myself how to do my own nails as the world was in lockdown. I’ve always been creative and had many artistic hobbies to showcase my vision and imagination. Painting, crafting, drawing, filming and designing were my biggest passions. I knew my dream career would be anything in the artistic field. Practicing nail art started when i was a little girl, using nails as miniature canvases. As I turned 15 years old my skills had improved, making me more interested in starting my nail career. overtime I practiced on friends and family and had all the support to keep going. Learning and trying all types of products and techniques, I ended up perfecting Gel Extensions {GelX} as it helped my natural nails in a way I did not think was possible. My nail journey has taught me so much along the way. Making the best connections with people who love my work and passion for nails and art. Breaking into the nail industry, my goal is to give the best and luxurious services I can provide my clients. Having a piece of my art on a model for people all around to see and admire for weeks is what I love to achieve. Not only am I a nail artist, but a friend to vent and speak to when feeling down. But the beam of light in your eyes once you see the finished product makes it feel all better in the end. To get back your confidence and radiance is something I strive for. I want to give a personalized experience by prioritizing my clients needs and wants one on one. A stress free environment to relax and enjoy the true luxury of high quality nails.
